Today's Special: A tropical Getaway

So the exams are pulling in. I have one exam each day. This time I gotta work real hard to pull up my marks for at least a bit more. Here's my exam list:
  • Spanish (1st)
  • World History (1st)
  • French (2nd)
  • Canadian Law (1st)
It's gonna be so hard waking up at 7:30 to get to school at 8:00 to study half an hour before the exams... I've also done pretty much no studying today except for this morning on world history. Ugh this is gonna suck. I'm gonna have to try harder tomorrow. I wanna get better marks. I didn't know becoming a kindergarten

Today's Special: I'm super Busy

You know what I hate most about the last month of the semester? It's that you get tons of work at the last minute that is worth a ton of shit points in your entire report card. And if you don't have this you are super lucky. I am so tired of all this work! In French I have to write a debate that's due on Thursday (presentation that day) and it has to be 5 - 10 minutes. Then In history I have a presentation that's around 20 / 30 minutes on Monday of next week. I have a law video I still have to film that's due on Monday of next week. Only work I don't have a project on is Spanish but we all know that I'm going to be at least getting a lot of homework from that. My teacher was so stressed today it was so hard to concentrate at some point. You just want to stand up and tell her that

Today's Special: Troy

I didn't really have anything interesting happen to me lately so I don't know what to say. I'll tell you about my day if you want... So basically. I went to school with my bags of gifts for my friends. It wasn't until after school did I realize I didn't take pictures of them cause I LOVE like really LOVE wrapping and decorating presents. What I love most about Christmas is giving people presents cause when you see them receive it they look SO happy. So my morning was filled with happy faces. I was also telling Emily about all the pets I've once had in my life and I've had PLENTY! I had a Ferret, a bird, a cat, 2 dogs, many hamsters and rabbits, fish and frogs. I'm sure I had more pets but I forget what they are. I cried a lot when they died. I also buried them in my backyard. I have 3 turtles and 2 fishes at my front yard! :) So I gave gifts then I went to class. First I have world history. Our student teacher told us we were going to watch Troy and YAY! we are watching Troy! Kinda gory. Last time I saw it, it wasn't that bad... Now it's like this guy got pierced through his head and I was like ":O OH SHIT". But good thing is that we didn't finish it so we're going to have to watch it tomorrow too! YAY! Then In Spanish class we basically had a work period with our student teacher (of Spanish). In law class we were still doing law. My law teacher has work for us until the very last day... Poopie. In French class we were watching "Love me if you dare". It's sure... different from other movies. Very... twisted? But yeah. After school I went to buy christmas cards to give to people tomorrow. Got them finished  and as you can see in my picture they're all present like! :) YAY! can't wait till I give them out tomorrow. I was gonna buy 20 cards but in the end I only bought 14 so some people can't get any tomorrow :S. Can't wait till break. I'm gonna finish all my homework then RELAX! Love relaxing! If anything interesting happens I'll write more but for now. That's all... :(

Today's Special: Yum Green Tea!

I gotta say my life isn't really that interesting but something cool did happen today! :)One thing I like about the holidays is that the week before the holiday you get like almost no homework at all. And then during the holidays you get so much you wanna just kill yourself. But yeah I'm enjoying the moment! So today in history we were "exploring rome" YAY... not that interesting. In Spanish class we were basically just having a free study / work period. Then in Law class we were finishing the movie "The accused" or something like that she never really told us the title of the movie... In French we were taking notes on the book "L'etranger". I personally don't like the book but what say have I got on this? :) So now on to night school. Yes I have night school! I take Japanese at night for a credit and because it's our last class for this year we had something special to do. We had a tea ceremony! YAY! so here we go I'll post the photos first then I'll talk more about it. (Kay I'm new with Blogger so I'm having difficulties putting on pictures... :S

So she teaches us that we are to add the green tea powder and add hot water. After adding hot water  we use this brush that you see at the photo on the very top. (people are mixing the green tea and water). You can also see the brush at the photo on the left side of the screen. Using this brush we have to mix it until it creates small bubbles. That's when you know you've mixed it well. It was SUPER hard mixing it... I have like no arm muscle power!

As you can see the out come is like that. Yes it's green. It starts green and ends green. The photo on the left is the first one. It's the powder. The second is the outcome of adding water and mixing it. But I don't know if I mixed it well cause as you can see there aren't much bubbles... :S

Here is my friends and I Fooling around. :) The last photo We're holding the brushes. My friend on the right actually didn't like the tea I think it's cause the green tea powder was really.. Strong. Normally at Japanese restaurants they use these really soft ones. I actually liked it but if you look at my photo is looks like I'm in disgust... I'm actually enjoying it deep in my mind and soul! ;) so yeah Fun fun! I should be studying for my book L'etranger right now but I don't really feel like it. It's almost Christmas break no one really feels like working :S But I really do wanna go to sleep. I still have to wrap presents. So I'll do those right after posting this!
Have a good day! (L)

Today's Special: Hispanic Radio Station

Today I went to a Hispanic radio station for a Spanish class trip. So wait I didn't tell you about the thing that happened yesterday about this trip. So my teacher was basically ranting at us about this trip cause some of us couldn't / didn't want to go. Sometimes i believe she's just too pressed and stressed. but yeah in the end we ended up going or else I wouldn't have anything entertaining to tell you about today! :)

So we were waiting for our teacher from like 9:28 to like almost 10:10? I dunno it felt that long. I didn't check the clock but yeah. from that long. Only 13 of us went so the bus was very spacey but yeah I wasn't feeling well on the bus cause I have motion sickness. but sitting at the front was better at the trip back. I sorta fell asleep too. So when we arrived we were actually really surprised because it was a house. The basement was the radio station. It's not really bad. it's just we didn't really expect it to be a house. But it was fun! No worries. Here's like a picture. (that I got from my friend but I'll ask her later if I'm allowed If I'm not I'll take it off)
So like yeah it looks like I have a wth face but I was really worried because we were actually on air. Like hundreds of Hispanic people would be listening to our poor Spanish... :S But eventually it wasn't that bad. Like she asked each of us where we were born and what we wanted to be in the future. She asked why we were learning  Spanish. I liked Marc's answer on what he wanted to be in the future the most. He said he wanted to be the President of Korea. :P so yeah we had fun but it was like SUPER hot in there. In the end I wasn't wearing a coat but everyone else was still wearing theirs. Like it was Fuming I don't get how they can keep it on! :O

We also got some background information about this radio station! Apparently it was founded 7 years ago by this very very nice guy. Irene took a picture of him. He's SUPER nice. He doesn't just belong to one religion. He belongs to all religion. He has many religious and philosophic figures.  He has their pictures around his office. When I was listening him talk it felt like this aura was surrounding him it was so amazing! He use to drive buses from here all the way to other places to give them the buses! Now he drives ambulances down there. It's just really amazing! This radio station was originally his house but instead he gave it up for the radio station. He really likes helping people and listening to him talk makes you want to help him  I wanted to donate money to the radio station too but I didn't have any... :S and then we went to eat at a Peruvian restaurant. My Spanish teacher said it was a buffet but really... it wasn't that buffet looking when it only had 3 big pots for you to scoop things out to eat.  I liked the beef and chicken though! The rice was really... just rice and their soup was dumpling soup. I thought that was Chinese... Bleeh I don't know. but here's a photo of Irene's dish of almost every food that was there... And we also had to spend like an hour and a half more there after everyone was done eating so we tried to find a coffee shop close by. Instead we found a Wendy's. Everyone got coffee but I really just wanted to go to the bathroom because I didn't know whether the Peruvian restaurant had one... But yeah then we came back to school. and during the bus ride I took a picture of Irene and Edward sleeping. Was planning on posting here but instead I'll just delete them. And then like always I wait for Laura and go to Michelle and her boyfriend. Now that I think about I have tons of homework to do... Arg. I can't wait until the winter break. And during the break before Christmas I'm going to FINISH all my homework so that I can relax then SO MUCH. I just can't wait until I get to sleep in and rest all day! :)

Today's Special: The Easy Going

So remember how I said I was gonna post up photo of my finished beautifully wrapped presents? HERE THEY ARE! They're at the side of this post.

So today, It was snowing. Snow up to the top of my ankles at least. Ellen said it was beautiful but probably because I've seen snow like... EVERY YEAR I'm not that fascinated. But I got to say, this year it looks especially white. I know it sounds weird like how much whiter can white get? but like this time it's actually giving me this Christmas feeling :P
Today in History class we pretended to be in the Olympics in ancient Greece.  I was originally in the group for Athens. But I switched with Aaron to go to the Argoes group. I'm not really sure if that's how you spell it. But I failed on the first wheel barrel game. So in the second Disc throwing game I tried to redeem myself. Which I did! WE GOT 3rd PLACE :D And in the Marathon I basically didn't run but I did cheer for my group. Maybe I shouldn't have left my Athens Group... But yeah. I was being dragged at the end of the Wheel barrel thing. I just have no Arm muscle what so EVER. LOL! I thought Sparta was gonna win but in the end they were last. Corinth was First and Athens was second. Argoes was third! (:
But Spanish class was so stressful. My teacher kept yelling at us like sometimes I think that that we'd work better if she didn't scream at us. Like she isn't a bad teacher but the yelling at us really isn't necessary. I know she's just trying to change our habits about how we work but the yelling at us once or twice is enough she yelled at us the whole period... I feel stressed just hearing her yell at us.
Then in Law class we had this test. I'm so not confident about what I got. I'm so nervous. :S Like I studied but the wrong things. I wished we were able to be more confirmed about what to study. I hope at least more than  half of it right...
And my most happiest thing of today is that my French mark has gone up! YAY YAY YAY! Now I just have to make it go higher and higher. Gonna work harder to make all my marks good!  We were doing a french work in class today and basically it was just really fun. After school I was with Laura, Amanda and Sonia. But the sad things I wont' talk about because I tend to forget them until I read them again or is reminded of them. So The song of the day for today is this song that I can't seem to Embed so I'll just post the link here or I can link you to a youtube video. One sec here's the link: 方大同 - 愛愛愛 - 愛愛愛.mp3 and I'll post the video right under this! :) <3 have a good dayy!

Take care, My Bus (8)

You know what I like the most? I LOVE laughing :P
So today I had a good day compared to yesterday. Yesterday I swear I could of had a heart attack and fainted on the ground or something because I was that angry. Today I started my day by waking up a bit later and then washing my hair and then going to school. When I got to school I had fun talking to my friends. Then in world history class I had a good time watching a pretty good video on Alexander the great. People said the video was really biased because it made him sound SUPER good. He did sound good though. Like he ruled a lot of places and also gave reward to his loyal subjects. Then I had Spanish class. We have to make a educational video for that class. I had A LOT of fun! So basically I'm the camera "Woman" so I don't have to be in the video. It was hilarious. I love looking at videos of spending time with friends. That class always makes me laugh SO much. Then in Law we were watching this incredible video I forgot the name but it's about this cop in the 2054(?) and he basically was part of the precrime thingy. And it was just SO fascinating. The person who got this idea is just SO SMART. Then in french class I got my good marks and I'm happy (: Cause I was getting bad marks in that class.

So basically I guess you don't really know much about me from just 2 blog posts...
I'll tell you this! I LOVE dramas! like SOO MUCH. The one I'm watching lately is:
  • Mary stayed out all night
  • Secret garden
  • The Fierce Wife
That's all really. If I remember the rest of the things I'm re-watching. I'll add them or put another post about it. but I can totally tell you what I feel about each of them! I am addicted to Mary stayed out all night  right now though so I'll tell you that one the most! I'm on episode 7 but I still don't have subtitles for that one so I don't really understand what happened but A LOT did happen judging from the actions. And yes Mary stayed out all night is not an English drama. It's Korean. I really watch anything. But yeah I know some of you out there probably watch online example:Viikii.net but I prefer downloading if I'm really interested in it so I can watch it over and over again. I have like TONS of website to watch and download from I'm telling you I'm like a video addict. I have to see dramas.

I promised to say what I'm watching is about so I'll give a brief:
Title: Mary stayed out all night
My Rating: I say 4.5 stars
(It's because At first I really wasn't that interested I think the beginning was a bit too slow)
Summary:
So as you can see in the photo there's 2 guys and 2 girls. Yes the one with long hair sitting down beside the girl is a guy. So she gets into a car crash... (she just literally hits that guy) *By accident of course. She's also someone with a huge debt due to her father. So like she doesn't believe that he'll just let her off. So she follows him and he tells her she's okay but she wants him to sign this contract so that he doesn't sue her. In the end they end up together in her house in the morning. But really nothing happened. He's just not that type of person. And on the other side we learn about the guy that's standing. He's a son of a rich man who lives in Japan. He left Korea for like 20 years. So he's back and he works as the boss of an agency. The girl who's also standing is an actress who he hires for this drama he has. She's also the exgirlfriend of that guy who's sitting (Kang Myul). So (Mari) the girl sitting is forced into marriage with the guy standing due to her dad's debt. Her dad is also friends with that rich guy who's the dad of the guy standing. (Am I confusing you?) So it's just this SUPER big mess.
Trailer:

Like at first I was only watching it for the guy who plays Kang Myul.
But now I'm watching it for the guy standing because he's SO much cooler :P

I'm not really into Secret garden yet because it's really my mom who's interested in Secret Garden. when I get a chance to really watch it I'll post info about it. And the Fierce wife is really not a happy thing. It's about a husband cheating on his wife. Which is quite depressing because I actually wanna see the couple together. I hope in the end they end up together. More Info will be posted up tomorrow I guess :P
