Today's Special: Inborn Pair / 真愛找麻煩 EP 01 Recap

      This is a super late post. I'm just trying this out. I wrote a review a while back and I know it's like an 80 episode series and I got to say, if I DID recap all the episodes. It'd mean I SERIOUSLY had nothing to do. I watched this series like twice already but I'm still going to try recapping at least the first episode. 

Fun Fact: First time I watched it, I started in the middle of the series because of curiosity. Then I went to the first episode after watching 3 episodes in the 20th episodes. 
      The episode starts off with tribal music. We see a man in a suit  walking into a conference room and a woman sitting at her desk. 

  

The woman and the man talking about the virtues of life. Or at least what everyone looks for. They then identify themselves as people who aren't like the average people. They're saying like how, to women - love is their most important thing. To men, work is the most important thing. However, this man, doesn't believe so - in fact, love is important to him. But for the woman, she doesn't care about love. 

She's just started on her career so love means absolutely nothing. In a very uncommon way, both leads introduce us the title of the drama. 

真愛 - says the guy in a very natural tone. 

找麻煩 - says the girl in a very irritated voice.

The man who was in a nice suit is now in a zoo keeper's outfit and talking to a bunch of kids about a parrot. Behind him in the bushes is a woman who's watching him and...

Today's Special: Absolute boyfriend (絕對達令) EP 1 Recap

      I know I normally do full recaps with pictures and such. I would but last night I stayed up watching Lord of the Rings with my brother and friend so I'm like super tired and my head hurts like crazy. Still didn't finish watching Lord of the rings, Still have the last movie to watch, so instead I just watched Absolute boyfriend (Taiwan version). I talked about it a bit in a previous post.  I'll do full recap once I have the time, like I always do. When the subtitles are out... you can watch it yourself and my recaps will seem useless.

      Once again since I'm not too interested in the drama. I only watch it when I have nothing else to watch. And I click to the parts I want to watch so my recap isn't very useful if you want full details. Once again no pictures because I didn't spend time to actually watch the entire thing and print screen it. But hope this helps you understand it a little if you've missed anything.

So in Episode 08, We're still at how everyone doesn't like XX and YF. ML slowly starts to give up on the bakery to stay by YL's side. On the other hand ML's brother and YF's sister start to create a love line. He defends her from her previous lover and the head off to a good start. ML's bakery isn't doing well and has accepted to create a batch of their (bread) for something. XX tries to bake it but it's far from how good ML bakes it and still presents it to the people. ML hears of this (from a phone call from YF - who XX finds out and bitches at him) and arrives with a nicely baked loaf. She then promises that they'll provide a better service next time. When they arrive back at the shop, XX tells ML to teach her how to make the bread. Everyone's eyes are like (wtf?) but ML agrees and while teaching her she tells XX that she forgives her. She leaves and XX ends up crying not expecting ML to forgive her. Then

Extended Special: Love Keeps Going EP 05, 06 & 07 RECAP

      I'm sorry that I'm not recapping EP 2 , 3, and 4 but those episodes were bullshit. I'm not saying they were absolutely horrible, I'm just saying, it was hard to watch due to the fact that I don't like XX. <- the girl's name. This show is like a ton of Taiwanese dramas mixed together. It's basically like: Devil beside you, and the Fierce wife mixed together. With some bits of other dramas to create the story line.

      If you have been watching it then you know that there's this new girl name XX working with them at the bread store and there's a slight development between ML and her fiancee's brother. But really cause I can't keep up with it here's a slight recap without pictures yet. I'll print screen pictures when I have time but really here's a reallly really brief one:

So in EP 05 she finds out that her husband is actually in a relationship with XX right before the wedding. (if you don't know the shorten names please refer to my EP 01 recap situated in the recaps tab at the top or click [here] ) YL who is ML's fiancee's brother has actually started to like ML. ML who hears her fiancee talking to each other drives her car into a pole and causes a car accident. YF who's worried about her looks for her after he hears that she's been in a car accident. Today's Special: Ouran High School Host Club (Live Action) EP 01 Recap

OMFG! I just watched it and of course it's not as good as the anime - which was equally well done as the manga. but  MY GOD! It's refreshing to watch.

RECAP EP 01

The episode starts with Haruhi the main character walking to school called Ouran Academy. She looks like a guy because of the haircut she has. Everyone in this school is described to be rich and taken cared of at any second of their day. This is shown with the available tea time in the library and the luxurious cars dropping them off to school. 

 

Haruhi tries to look for a quite place to study and ends up bumping into Mr. darkarts (forgot his name) in the halls. He warns her that if she were to continue walking she'll end up having an entirely new experience. Which she doesn't believe and continues on. She ends up at a music room.  

As she opens the door a beautifully brightened place was visible. And a group of guys wearing the school uniform show up behind her. They knew her name and everything but believed that she was a guy. The leader Sou has never had

Today's Special: Clone Baby EP 01 Recap

So I did a short review before because of my excitement to this fantastic series. This is only a test trial again. Not sure whether I should continue recapping so much. The only reason is because some people have been on my blog searching for Clone baby recaps. If you're interested in more of the episode recaps you can always leave an anonymous comment. And I'll get back to you. It's not as scary reading the episode than watching it alone. 

      Clone baby is a thriller, as you can tell from it's series title. Args. I wish i could show you a character map...

So the guy in the middle of everything well not exactly middle but the one with a 50 - 50 hair split and a blue sweater, he's the main guy. I always found him weird in the entire show. He reminds me of a goldfish. He always has like these weird expressions on his face. The one I love is the one that has an exclamation and question mark pointing at him. He wears entirely white during the entire show. It's also contrasting to his brother that's under the main girl at the side of the main guy.

      So the episode starts with a vague introduction to what the show's about. It's so vague and hard to understand due to the random talk about musical chairs that it leads you to wonder about it. The first thing we see after the creepy vague introduction is

      I know I haven't been recapping lately. and I just released the recap for Love keeps going EP 01 which is super late because episode 04 is coming out soon. Therefore I believe my recaps are not necessary anymore. Especially because I'm already this late in Rebound (I have lost my interest in it I'm sorry). 

      I'll recap them on my spare time but I'm sure by the time I'm recapping them it's not going to be necessary anymore. If you would like me to recap some thing you can tell me. As long as it's under the Japanese, Mandarin or Cantonese categories because I'm sure that Korean stuff are much more recapped than these. I can recap movies or drama series if they're fun to watch. I've recently watched My black mini dress or something like that. And yes it's Korean. I can recap that if no one has done it yet.

Today's Special: Love Keeps Going EP 01 Recap

This is a test trial. I'm not sure whether I'd be disappointed by this one or not so I don't promise on recapping all. I should've said this for Rebound as well... Cause I'm sorta loosing interest for that as well. Let's start with a brief introduction as to what this drama is about. 

      This story (from what I see in the OP & END, Preview for the next episode) is about 4 main people. One named Mei Le who is the main girl. The other is Han Yi Lei which is Han Yi Feng's younger brother. Xiao Jun which is probably Han Yi Lei's ex girlfriend and Guo Xuan Xuan - who has not appeared yet. To clearify who is who and for future reference:

 

1. So the guy in blue at the top is Han Yi Feng, whom I will shorten to YF. 
2. The guy dressed tidy to the right of that other guy is Han Yi Lei which will become YL.
3. The first girl to the left is Xiao Jun which will become XJ.
4. The middle girl is Guo Xuan Xuan Which will become XX.
5. And finally Main girl Zha Mei Le will become ML.

So it should be a bit clearer. Now if I ever blog a recap about them you should know to come here for name references! So let's START! :) The first episode starts with ML going to work. Extra Special: Rebound EP 04 Recap

Rebound hasn't been capturing my attention at all. It feels as if I could shorten this episode into a short paragraph but this time I actually have a lot of pictures so I feel as if I should give a full recap. Let's just say this episode gives you a glimpse into the worries of life all in one go. Rebound does give you a glimpse of life to be real. It gives you someone who's not of average weight who tries all ways just to satisfy the one she loves. She works at a brilliant company and finds herself the job she always wanted. She has a friend that's with her no matter what problems she may face in the future... etc. Really... it's probably the future of many people. This just stuffs it all in at once.

So if you watch this drama and not only read recaps Oba once again retells what has been happening in the past few episodes but I won't if you want to know you can look at previous recaps. (<- Click to see previous recaps under Rebound Category). The episode starts with Oba lying in bed and reaching to the side for Imai. But he's not there. She opens her eyes and looks up seeing him get dressed. But don't worry he's not leaving her. He's just getting ready for a morning run. Extended Special: Rebound EP 03 Recap!

Extremely sorry! I’m trying my best right now to catch up to where we should be at. This time there aren’t that many pictures. I have to say it wasn’t as exciting as the first 2 episodes. But still satisfying to the point where I’m writing summaries for it.

To understand this week’s recap. I’ll start off with the small recap she gives us herself at the beginning of the episode. She tells us how she worked super hard to become the girl she was before and finally becomes skinny with a special drug that has not yet been tested. She waits for her “prince” at the water fountains but instead a little girl comes over handing over a take away box of cake. Inside are her beloved cream puffs that she had longed for. She tastes them and returns to her happy place where the bells of the church ring. She looks around for Imai but he isn’t there. She gets worried and realizes a man is struggling to get up. She walks over and finds out that it’s Imai – but he’s fat now.

 

The episode now starts with both of them at his bakery Ange. He keeps avoiding eye contact with her but she continuously stares at him. Not believing that he could be fat because he specifically said no to her being fat. He asks her whether she likes the cake and yes she does but still she’s amazed that he could be so fat. He reaches in to his drawers at the back of his store and takes out a pictures explaining that’s he’s always been fat but once his parents died he was in such sorrow that it just happened. He just became skinny. (So the stories been reversed as you can see) After explaining his reasons he reaches down to get bags of snacks and starts chugging them down. Oba looks at him in terror and tries to stop him from eating but his responses is just “I’ll start dieting tomorrow”. He also throws her the fact that she would not like a fat person. She starts to reflect on to her past and tells him that she does understand how he feels because she’s been in the same situation in the past. He looks at her and laughs because he doesn’t believe her from looking at her now.

Today's Special: Love Buffet EP 04 Recap

Kay I know I said I would recap My princess. And I didn't yesterday but the thing is today Love Buffet just came out and I TOTALLY have to recap this first. Today's Special: Love Buffet Episode 03!

      Nothing happened today except for the fact that I had a party last night and my friend Eunice slept over. But I'm still pretty tired due to the fact that she kept waking me up when I tried to go to sleep LOL! So today I'm going to talk about Love Buffet again but about episode 03. I'm probably going to do an episode recap every time now... and if you don't know what I'm talking about yet! you should read about my drama recommendation because today's recap is about a drama I recommended. You will have to read my old entry: Today's Special: Sorry not hair cut Part 2 I've already linked you right there. So you can read that first before getting to read this one! :)

      I'm really just watching this because Aaron Yan is in it! The two pictures at the very top. One is when the main girl was on a bike with the 2nd main guy. That's a scene I thought i  should just print screen so I did. But I liked the scene where she was talking with the Aaron the most so I print screened that scene too it's the second picture! Watch the show and you'll understand why I liked it! :P But I must confess the beginning of this episode was really boring so I skipped it but to start with I'll post who is who. (again). 

      So the first picture starting from the left is the main girl. It's annoying writing recaps with them knowing that they don't have English names. She's XF (Xiao Feng). The second picture is AY (Ah-yi). The girl beside that picture is CE (Chiao-en) and the last guy is DY (Da-Ya). The girl in the middle has no major role just in this episode she takes a larger role than in previous episodes. I only know that these guys also sing the opening song which I love so much. :) 

XF's First date outfit

      In this episode It starts off with XF at school in the tennis court and finally able to hit the tennis ball. Then DY (the guy she likes) comes over and asks her whether she bought her tennis shoes yet. She answers that she hasn't then she has a brilliant idea which to go buy these tennis shoes with him (as a date). But he says he doesn't know much about girl shoes so he asks CE to also go with them. And if you saw the previous episode you know that CE also likes DY. So of course she'd want to go. Because XF thinks of this as a date she asks her friends what to wear. And they respond with all these most fashionable things they can think of. and so XF ends up with this. Like that wasn't enough. CE comes with the most simpliest clothes ever. A tank top a green skirt and a light scarf around.
      And since CE wants to show that she's an intellectual person she brings them to a creative  artistic show. And when the show starts XF has to go to the bathroom. She sees a stall at the end of the show and believes it's a bathroom. She goes and half way through the show DY comes to know that there's going to an explosive show of a bathroom at the end of the room. He then remembers that XF said she needed to go to the bathroom. He realizes that something's wrong. He and CE runs towards the bathroom trying to stop it from exploding. As the as the light up string reaches closer to the bathroom everyone's shocked and the light dies out as XF flushes the toilet.

Everyone's waiting for that one person to come out of the bathroom and when she does everyone's just staring at her with amazement. In the end though she ends up having a clap dedicated to her for having such an exciting show. XF is completely embarrassed, DY and CE tell her it's okay and that they'd go buy her tennis shoes now so she'll forget what just happened. But clumsy as she is. she can be worse. Remember how she tried to look fashionable for her first date? Well she was wearing these lace boots. Meaning it takes a long time to put on... and take off. Resulting into taking a lot of effort to take off just to try on the tennis shoes. While she was at the store she had to have a lot of people help her put on the shoes. :S

XF gets congratulated

      So while they were walking back to her house DY tells her that he'll cook lunch just for her so that she'll feel better and of course since she likes him she's absolutely happy that he's cooking. But when she returns she sees CE's Hand on DY's face. So she runs out saying she doesn't want to bother them. In the meantime AY was on his way back home and he sees XF crying close to this tree. She tells him not to go home yet because it'll bother his brother DY and CE. but later on that night they go back and she's still there. She was in fact just taking a tissue piece off his face (which she actually already had on her hand as she was reaching for him). So they have dinner together. But she insults XF in a nice manner while eating dinner that AY cannot take it anymore and gives CE a harsh treatment saying that it is his house and she's not the mistress there so she doesn't need to help him in any way. The very next day. XF wanted to go talk to CE and when she sees this guy confess to her she can't stop but watch what CE would do. After the guy leaves (and CE gives him this nice rejection as in - we may not have a relationship in that way but we can still be friends *very beautiful smile) she talks out loud and says that he's not up to it and that he first has to be as good as her. XF is shocked to learn that CE is a double faced type of person.

      But half-way through CE realizes that DY may not really be interested in her as much as she thought her tactics would work. She tried making breakfast for him (lots of varieties of food) where as XF only had bread and he still took it. Then at Tennis she twisted her ankle and got him to bike her home. But when people said they were a couple as a rumor. He did not deny or admit it he just said that rumors were rumors as long as their not true it's okay. She was so sad that she wanted to confess to him. She tells XF to go with her. When she confesses his first answer was: I like you too. But he still rejected her in the end. As she walks away you realize that she really did hurt her leg and did not lie to get him to bike her home. Then the next scene is basically DY calls XF and asks her to go to the sea with him tomorrow alone and she agrees. There he asks if he could borrow XF's shoulder and the episode ends.

Comment: I know we're suppose to hate CE because we grow to like the main girl but I dunno I pity her. She has a unique love. She once said that if DY liked her as a weak girl she'd be that weak girl forever just for him.  And I really recapped it badly so you should watch it yourself for more information. And This week it was the new years so The Fierce wife wasn't out. I wanted to watch it so badly. I want to watch the part where she divorces with her husband. It's so hard watching her husband and her cousin cheat on her... :S Well, Tomorrow school starts again... D; Hope that I really only did have that much homework! Today's special: HURTS / Clone baby

So I haven't blogged in a while. I'm still sorta sick but i have some amazing news to tell you! It's about this drama that I am totally inlove with and searching for it's last episode. This drama is called Clone baby. 

I know, the name even sounds horribly... scary. Well no duh! It's a thriller and from it's name Clone you know it's science-fiction. So the short summaries that normal drama websites give was super short and non-informational. Normally I don't watch thrillers. But I did at a time period because I learned that thrillers and horror drama / movies were different. Horror is more disgusting. And because I love this drama so much I'm going to re-write the summary. But mine may contain a spoiler knowing that I myself don't like many surprises. :) I didn't get to screencap any pictures to post here of the brilliant scenes they had from what I have watched so you're just gonna have to imagine them :S. Sucks eh? So as you can tell this drama is gonna be talking about clones. In the first episode you're gonna be totally lost. First you get to see this guy named Masamune who's going to commit suicide. Then a guy dressed in entirely white appears and tells him to kill himself cause then it'd "help him". This guy is Hiro. Which is the one I love the most in this drama. :) Here are pictures but not from me. They're from other bloggers around. 

So the guy all in white there is Hiro and the one in blue is Masamune who wants to jump off the building. So he does. And he ends up in a hospital. At first M wakes up and goes like aren't I suppose to be dead? And Hiro is also dead and asks him "How does it feel like to suicide?" and then... he wakes up... again? SEE I told you it's a bit weird. So you're like wtFUDGE. and Then you see Masamune's Family. And even if I explain all the relationships you wouldn't really understand so I'll get to the summary LOL! 

Asterisk Necklace! *I wanttt!

      So in one of the episodes a science teacher and one of her students which is Masamune's sister talk about these rats. She told M's sister that these two rats were 99% cloned to be the same. At first they were at 2 different boxes and then she puts both rats into the same box. The box starts shaking and then silence. Once M's sister opens the box again only one of them is alive. So This teacher explains that thankfully humans aren't cloned. Which isn't the case in this drama. There ARE human clones. In the first 2 episodes you learn about this serial killer that only kills 19 year olds that are born on the 7th of July.  He also kills them and takes something out of their body. Ewww? ;) Then we come to learn that all these clone babies are born on that very same day. They all also have the symbol of an Asterisk on their arm. Which is like the symbol on the necklace at the side. There are 2 brother clones that also wear this necklace they are "hope of the asterisk" or something like that. But one of them has turned evil and is the serial killer that kills all these clones. As told, like the mice clones with kill each other. But Hiro does not want to kill. and he's also "hope of the asterisk" well one of them. It wasn't until Hiro lost his brother (the other hope) that he was so determined to end this all - which was the fight of clones.

So you're slightly confused right now so I'll go more in depth but don't blame me if I spoil anything. In the first 3 episodes we also see this one guy who's a scientist. He keeps this girl wrapped up in bandages in this room. This girl is called Mio. 3 Main people I have to have you keep in mind would be Hiro, Masamune and Marika (whom I haven't talked about yet). But Hiro already knew he was a clone WAY back. Masamune just learned about after he... well realized that he lost his birthmark the asterisk. Marika didn't really "accept it" until Masamune tried to attack and kill her. And that gets triggered when one clone touches another clone. Because 2 people with the same DNA cannot stay on earth... But why take out something from their body? Well that's a GOOD (VERY GOOD) question. I myself was like - WHY? you kill them and that's not enough? well bascially it's because these clones were originally created to save Mio who has a cell malfunction (or something like that). Which means slowly each one of her organs die. When a clone is killed something from their body is transferred into Mio's Body. 

      Wait, Now you're REALLY confused? Want me to make a chain for you? :) 

Mio = 8 clones -> who kill each other to be the only clone left (because that's the law of something something profidence) -> clone dead = organ transplant! [Side note: but how do these clones find each other or regconize each other?] *answer: They have a asterisk mark on their arm & they have this magnetic force which attracts them to each other.

      So you're wondering how does this all stop. Well I didn't get to know until episode 6 / 7 When they found out there's a solution which is to kill the master clone. Which they were wondering who it was and trying to kill each other. In fact it was Mio. And Dun dun dun. Episode 10 they FIND Mio but realize that Mio... looks EXACTLY like Marika. And how's that bad? well... That means that Marika has the same problem as Mio. What does that mean?       Let me just warn you I have you a REALLY REALLY REALLY vague idea of this drama. There was so much more that happened and you'd be BLOWN away when you watch it. And I hope you do! Here's two places you can watch it:

Add on - OMG! I forgot to talk about their amazing theme music!  Their main song is called Better than love by HURTS. Gotta listen to it! wait let me look for a preview somewhere! 



Another song I heard in that drama would be Wonderful life. I also really liked it so I'll post their video too. But Let me just tell you the video is sorta hard to understand like Better than love.  


I also really really liked the song stay by them. Just I don't really understand their videos but in the drama their song really created an atmosphere. Really easy to understand too. The moment they played Stay was when Ozu died. And I was like :O NOO! and they played stay for when the computer hacker died too I believe it was EXTREMELY sad when that happened. I cried alot for his death. so yeah, WATCH IT! :)
